Reservation and Payment

Reservation:

1. All reservation must be made via email to wijayasa2002@yahoo.com
2. We will reply your inquiry together with the confirmation.
3. Reconfirmation can be by email, Whats-app, Skype, Facebook, or BBM. By email is preferable because we can trace booking history.

Term of Payment:

1. A 50% non-refundable deposit should be paid prior to arrival. The balance can be settled upon arrival.
2. In case hotel or villa or other vendor need prepayment, we will inform on the reservation confirmation so that deposit amount may be higher then 50%.
3. Payment can be transferred via ATM or Bank Transfer or www.transferwise.com

Airport Pick Up:

1. We will stand at arrival hall and hold your name on the paging board.
2. In case you find difficulties to find us, please send us message, SMS, W/A, or BBM.
